Non dairy toppings are substitutes of fresh cream based on vegetable fat. They can be used in all applications where dairy cream is used. Being extremely convenient and versatile, these products offer unlimited possibilities in fillings, coverings, decoration or ice cream mixes. When used in combination with fresh cream, they will increase the stability of the preparation.

An unsweetened liquid cream alternative with a creamlike colour for decoration of cakes and desserts, mousses, etc. The product can be used in cooking like a creme fraiche - without strong heating or mixing with acidous substances.
